FINAL HOBBS & SHAW TRAILER SHOWS OFF JUST HOW INDESTRUCTIBLE IDRIS ELBA IS
Throwing a super human into the mix of the heightened action of the franchise (we’ve already seen Hobbs perform some pretty super human stuff) will be the sort of thing which may change the guidelines of this Furious world in a way that echoes through future films. We’ll have to see how much Hobbs & Shaw is ready to simply take things.
Whilst the previous trailers have established, Elba’s Brixton has pushed his body into the limitation so that he can become”Black Superman,” and in this trailer we’re benefiting from fresh looks at just how super Brixton is.
At theaters, the very first Quick & Furious spinoff will arrive in a bit more than a month, and the final trailer for Shaw & Hobbs will be here to remind us just how massive the film will likely undoubtedly be, today.
Inside the midst of the activity, Brixton declares that Hobbs and Shaw are fighting with”$2 million worth of those,” and he is absolutely not shy about his resources, which include labour, their own personal enhancements, and some new vehicle technology that’s upping the ante within the Furious franchise. Over this trailer’s opening seconds he shows a motorcycle that could shift according to the space he needs it to match in to. It’s like the Batpod’s sideways driving from The Dark Knight, but even flexible and more compact.
As if his technician weren’t enough, Brixton’s also showing off how his brand new”Black Superman” body leaves him almost indestructible. He shakes crashes away and falls in this trailer which would have crippled or even murdered previous threats within this franchise, and also the final chase sequence teased within this footage only appears to raise the bets.
Hobbs & Shaw joins the title characters — played with Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham, respectively — into one often controversial team, after they spent the previous two apocalyptic movies taking verbal and physical shots at one another in a way that sparked immediate chemistry.
